Lovely sylvanian families bundle with small house, primrose hill park/ hot air balloon ride, crepe cafe, village gift shop, juice bar, toy wagon, tent ( crack in bottom frame but not noticeable), nursery with cot light which switches on. Obviously all the little pieces in the pictures are included too but are too many to list! These items are all in good condition and would make a great present. Buyer to collect
